- till the end you are done doing it
- when she was conscious and alert
It is unimportant whether
- she appeared to be saying yes
- she did not say no
- she had said yes in the past
- she has agreed to say yes in future
- whether she is hungry / thirsty for it
- she has said yes to 1000 others
- she has said yes 100 times to you
- she is your wife or mistress
- she was asleep and could not have said yes
- had said yes , but changed her mind
- she is dating your son
- her husband / brother has insulted your father
No, all that is irrelevant
She HAS to consciously say YES, to You, Now, to whatever you intend doing.
And there HAS TO BE consent
