For marathi readers there is an excellent book published recently titled नवपार्थह्रुद्गत (NavPaarthHrudgat) written by Rajeev Sane (Published by Pratima Prakashan). NavPaarth is Arjun in present times. Who is thinking and questioning Krushna on what he said and how and why. His thinking propagate action based on thinking and philosophy.
There is a book-review on this in today's daily 'Sakal'.
I am currently reading it. Will post more once I am through.
